You’ll need to provide 3 consecutive characters from anywhere in the claim code, other than the first 2 or last 4 characters.

Thank you SO MUCH!!!! I found an old gift card and I didn’t know who gave it to me or anything, so I just called Amazon and they said without the order number there is nothing they can do! You just saved me from losing $50!!! I cannot thank you enough!!! ❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can't thank you enough for this video. I spent an hour on the internet and 10 minutes on the phone and everyone just said "enter the claim number". I didn't even know there was a "credit card" type card in the flat container.

This was really helpful to me. My code peeled off stuck to the sticker after I rubbed it too hard. I was able to use an exacto knife to gently rub the sticker until the code appeared!

In my case. It was a bit more a problem. There was no scratching to review the code and 3 of those number code was damage. I have to go to customer service to give as much info on the card to sovle this problem.

This didn't help please help me who do I talk to If i got to amazon it just sends me to a robot and I tried to scan the barcode but it doesnt work. The card has a ton of money on it please help me.

Both my daughter and I received $100 cards this year and peeling it the last 4 we’re missing and we did like the video suggested snd there still a wasn’t the rest of the code

My card doesent have the scratch off part and like half the numbers are already like scribbled off did I get scammed or smth

I don’t know if anyone has this problem but I thought I was buying an Amazon gift card, but an Apple gift card was inside the Amazon gift card envelope. I am in the process of waiting to see if this can be resolved, otherwise I can out $50. I will never purchase another Amazon gift card.
