They are just hired actors, zero chemistry between them, zero chemistry between them and the houses, they can't tell what they don't like about the houses.
Yes, HTGV house hunters hires actors as well. Featuring Johnathan Schaech (an actor) played a role looking for a house with his fake wife in Costa Rica.
"Beach front view "??? Really lady? Oh, you nean past the roof tops, down the hill , past 15 houses. Oh, I see it now. Give me a break. What show is this?
I like house 3 best for the views, but you'd think these million dollar neighborhoods would at least bury their wires. Plus I would worry that a big condo/high rise would go in front of their view. The houses are so tight there too.
I have no idea but somehow I don't feel them as buyers. I don't know why. House # 3 was a big no no though it had beautiful everything but somehow I didn't like the view with all those electric wires and the pole next to the house.
I agree, there was no chemistry between them, and they did not look like a couple used to dropping a few mill on a home, more like a would-be actor share rental 35 miles away from the beach.
I don't know why but I loved house number 1. I felt like 2 and 3 weren't child-friendly. I don't mind small bedrooms because all I would ever do is sleep in them at night mostly. Small bathrooms, roughly just 15 to 30 minutes of bathing time. However, the outdoor space of that home is beautiful. I love how far and safe distance the pool is, and enough grassy space to just play and have fun with kids. The front part of the house too has enough space and grass for kids to spend time on as well. The house seems a decent size to maintain too. However, if I were going for more value for the money, character, and ecstatics, I would pick 3. The only thing missing for me from house 3 was outdoor space but it had everything else.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THOSE PRICES FOR THOSE TINY HOMES, WHERE I AM FROM 6M WILL GET YOU AT LEAST 7 BDRMS 8 BTHRMS. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS SO MUCH HOMELESSNES IN CA.
This is uncomfortable to watch. I think the realtor could just let them visit the place. The couple looked uncomfortable and the interaction seems awkward and forced 🫣
House #1 sux ass / House #2 is worst; "Industrial modern finish" means cheap materials and less of them. All their windows look DIRECTLY into their neighbors window / house #3 has ZERO privacy from your next door neighbor, like 5' away
I was raised in the mountains, no ocean anywhere near me. When I go to the ocean, I feel a feeling of serenity and peace that I can't get anywhere else. I would love a house on the water.
This house is so unattractive. I don’t like the industrial style nor the ugly cement column seen on the front of the house. No way would I buy an ugly house just to be on the ocean. A person would have to be a car salesman to sell me this house and he or she would still fail to convince me.
