Yes that is one of her high points BUT the detectives were making valid points. He said/She said does NOT hold up in court. Until they found out about the drugging they didn't have a single patch of ground to stand on during trial.

Didnt you watch the clip? He followed her. No exact time was given for whether that was 10min or 45min. Also he’s a liar so who knows what the actual time was. The only thing that really mattered was that he didn’t match the DNA and the clues he gave about the frat house.

I interview both victims and criminals for a living. If someone won't even acknowledge the possibility that a woman would lie about being raped, they are way too biased. You can acknowledge that possibility without "victim blaming."

She stated she was drunk, Stabler stated so was the guy and she said, so does that excuse him. That is putting different weighting on the people involved.
