A summit curve has a back tangent of 5% grade and a forward tangent of -3% grade. Determine the sight distance and length of curve given the following design specifications:
Design speed = 60 kph
Height of driver's eye from the pavement = 1.35 m
Height of object over the pavement ahead = 0.10 m
Perception-reaction time = 0.75 s
Coefficient of friction between tire and pavement = 0.15
