Appreciate Ken's honesty about his own journey. Too many gurus pretend they've always had it figured out.

Overall, a thought-provoking discussion on modern career challenges. Not perfect, but offers valuable insights for navigating today's complex work landscape. Ken's empathy and experience shine through, making even familiar concepts feel fresh. Worth a watch, but remember to apply critical thinking and adapt advice to your own situation.

Great discussion! Despair is a major occurrence today. Lots of people are working very hard and doing what they’re good at but companies aren’t paying well anymore. Especially if your job title isn’t prestigious in a company you will be busy and working hard but struggling to get by. At that point it’s like what do I do because what I’m good at doesn’t pay?

Wish there was more discussion on work-life balance. Finding purpose is great, but what about burnout?
