Sorry it is not 180 million years old. There was a flood. You can see the layers of the flood in the rock layers. The earth is only 6000 years old. God is so awesome! The creator of it all!
What's it going to look like when we get thousands of amateur geologists out breaking up rocks along our rivers and streams and on our coasts. It doesn't take much to wreck a beautiful area by a couple hundred beginners smashing rocks with their hammers.
The shale is already displaced. They do a great job. Imagine without the internet you didn’t know or were offended by this activity. People have been fossil hunting this way on our coast for decades. This is fallen material anyway!!
