OMG David is sooo right. I have to have this conversation with agents all the time. Finally linked with an agent who gets exactly what I need. He is a pitbull. I run the numbers, he confirms my comps just to make sure I am not missing anything, then he submits the offer and follows up constantly until we either get the deal done or get more information from the seller that might be a deal breaker.
This is my third time viewing this episode. I love it. Are there any more videos outlining that realtor/client relationship? More so, how to create a criteria for searching for rental properties that make sense (numbers wise). Thanks!
