My favorite thing about this show is that it doesn´t matter what the Budget is, Sandra Works and cares for all of her clients equally Any one knows what percentage she gets? as a comission?

I LOVE the second house!!!!!! I would TOTALLY pay that much and love that house! I would love myself everyday for buying it!!! 'Cept I'm not gonna have children......but I still love it!

This is a Canadian show; they're in Toronto, Ontario. One of our most expensive cities to live in.

When you buy a house that is already done so much like the second one was, you will be paying for all those features, (and you are paying for someone else's taste). I liked the 2nd house but I would rather have more space that is a little less fancy. I think they were smart for choosing the 3rd one.

I would have chosen the last house too. I don't care for the look of the second house. To me its just not homey. I like a well designed decorated home but not showroom style like that.

They probably don't have a long credit history and that's why they have only been qualified for a smaller loan. I guess cause they live in so many countries they don't have a long credit history in Canada.

Good point! I never thought of that. I wondered, when Sandra said how much they were wanting to spend, why they weren't saving up more money for a larger down payment. In TO it's just SO expensive to own a home!

lol they still live here fyi...found the listing housesigma and hasn't been listed again since. House prices have gone up SO much in this area, would easily sell for over 1 million if its in liveable condition. A garage on vacant land sells for $600-880k now in Toronto
