I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! SERIOUSLY MY STATS PROFESSOR IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT WITH EXPLANATIONS, AND YOU JUST MADE THIS 100X EASIER!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!! 🙏🙏
Hello sir, We are currently on quarantine and need to do our worksheets on our own, this video really helped me a lot. Thank you so much sir. Hope you create more. ❤️♥️
I know I’m late, but you have helped me understand in minutes compared to my professor's 40-minute audio, and I still didn’t understand. You show the problem and explain it in steps. Thank you so much.
I got so frustrated seeing my lectures class recordings cause they didn’t make any sense and then I found you! Thank you so much for this video. May God Bless people like you.
You are an amazing instructor. I should have came here first because you made it super easy. My son’s teacher talked for 90 minutes and it was so bad, I had to go to RU-vid to help explain to my son!
thank you steve, missed my stat class last week. failed to be a good student for that day but your video helped me study the content i missed so im ready for the exam.
i never comment but god bless you, seriously ive been trying to understand this all morning and 5 minutes in and i already got it. Hope youre having an amazing day ;-;
Very helpful because our instructor is not teaching us through online class, so I don't under any of that numbers, thank you for teaching I understand it all now
how can i go about finding the area under curve for a z value that is not present in the table. i tried calculating it using the cdf of std. normal function but encountered the erf() during the integral and i dont know how to calculate the value of erf(x). pls help
I know this was years ago, but aren't you supposed to add the z-values of -2.33 and 1.78 to get the area between them? Since the values on the table are the area between 0 and the 1.78 and 0 and -2.33?
If you are using that type of table. This table reads the areas to the left of the z vale. I have a video that shows examples using both tables. The link is below. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BItUZISCkpo.html
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I UNDERSTOOD IT CRYSTAL CLEAR.😭💘 i'm havin a hard time in this specific modular class subject but this one helped me out!! THANKSSS, LIKE A MILLION THANKS!
It depends which z table you are using. Here is a video showing how to read the two different z tables. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BItUZISCkpo.html
Why anybody makes an example of just using a one sign table to an excercise of numbers in between with different signs (ie z negative to find z=-0,77 to z=2,31)?
The tables will usually tell you to use 1 if more than 3.5 and 0 if less than -3.5. To get an accurate value you would need to use excel. You can search my channel for Norma distribution using excel.
You are probably using a different z table. Here is another video I made on how to read the two different z tables. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BItUZISCkpo.html
Thank you. Can't believe I pay 600 dollars a course just to have to watch a fucking random video on youtube to understand something. Fyck college, but thank you.
