I learned a lot from deleting social media, but now I'm trying to find balance with using it. It's undeniable that the world is becoming more intertwined with digital media and digital communication, so in my opinion it's best to balance online and offline life. The question is - how does one achieve "social media balance?"

thank u for this video! love with aesthetic and nature and also love the theme cause im trying to find this real life vs social balance. tried quit social media for some period but realised i love this all, it inspires me a lot and also love to interact with peoples here and learn smth new from them. well, hope to find smth that will work for me.

I find it hard to quit social media because as i see in the video, you can walk through nature and that's a nice thing, take photos in those places and enjoy that time, but in my case i can't do those things because of the situation of my country, i can't go out and enjoy a walk or meet with friends because its very dangerous and that makes me sad,. Now im working on becoming a better student and i can't think a solution to that problem. My situation its like the quarentine has never gone... (Sorry for my english and nice video, i hope the best for your channel)
