In case of a house constructed on a regular rectangular plot what is considered for centre point, the plot or the house constructed on the plot ?? In this case the plot is a rectangle but the house constructed on it is not a rectangle but a L shape on the entrance. Thanks in advance

Thanks Pankit Goyal Ji .... I explored your channel and maybe I missed but many houses were here days are duplex with many open spaces on the upper floor than on the lower floors. In such cases shape of the house on the lower floor is different than upper floor. How do you address the upper floors ?? Based on what I understand from your video that open spaces on the upper floors will not be taken into consideration. Correct ??
