Love your videos as you are always so knowledgeable about them. But I was watching this video on Gemini and you had stated that you could fit 9 Earths into the star Pollux. I believe you meant to say 9 suns. No big deal on this one but I just wanted to say let you know. Hope it was ok that I had mentioned this.
I’m enjoying the details you include in your videos. Usually it’s an evening of DSO but I am getting greater appreciation for the constellations. Thank you!
Hi there, I just want to thank you for the time you put into making these videos. My children and I have been watching them along with our astronomy curriculum from Memoria Press, and the way you've set up your visuals using other reference points, and multiple images just really cements everything for them. My children are SO thrilled to be able to point out so much of the night sky now (and so am I). Although we're finished with our curriculum now, we plan on continuing to watch as you add new constellations. Thanks again!
Gemini roughly equals the constellations of Well, North River, South River, etc. in the Chinese astronomy, all about water. Besides, the celestial area Gemini is also considered as the head of the Vermilion Bird of the South, one of the four holy beasts. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vermilion_Bird
Janine, do you have any recommendations on how to find constellations when they appear upside down, sideways, etc. from my perspective on Earth? Thank you.
