How can you tie back a condo that was purchased by husband right after he moved out but put in brothers name? Husband pays mortgage company directly and association directly but know that the down payment came from an account that would be considered marital after 19 years marriage but husbands accounts in his name only as well as mine.
Maybe consider tracing the down payment to the bank account with your husband's name and showing the bank statement for the month of the closing on the condo, and then the check with show where it went to pay for the real estate. Consider having an attorney or subpoenaing the bank to get the statements for those dates - for accounts that are in his name. Good Luck.
