Thank you so much for blessing me in the middle of spiritual healing going on in my life 🙏🏼❤️ honestly I was looking up trauma bonding curious as to what it was after watching a reading on my sign and stumbled on this…I’m not religious but I consider myself very spiritual. When I watch realist and pastors that just speak and deliver sermons with personality it builds my bond with God stinger and stronger missing the very scriptures that I read and dissected in a million ways throughout my adult life. So many ppl are living in this kind of bonding & abuse. I know 2 ppl that i love dearly are going through this right now. Its hard to watch, i show them love & give them truth about what theyre going through. God is in control I know, and He will deliver them soon i hope.
It’s been the most painful relationship I’ve ever been in for the last 10 years off and on with a man whose beautiful in appearance and loves the Lord. I’m taking care of him…my narcissist ex as he has stage 4 lung cancer and is terminal. It’s been 9 months now and he can hardly walk and in the midst of it all has started an online affair with another sister in the Lord. He tells me I’m his sweetheart and he’s not interested in her but tells her he’s on her side. He has always hunted woman online and I told myself never again would I be with him. Here I am again and the trauma bonding is so great yet I can not find it in my heart to ask him to move out as he has no where else to go. I’m asking for prayers, I’m asking for help in the way of prayers to get out from under this the way God sees fit. And I’m not usually a person to ask for help in the way of prayers. I’ve always been the caregiver. Agape 🙏🏻🙏🏻 PS I have a mother wound. My mother use to wake me up at 3 am drunk pulling my hair and shaking me around at the age of 11. She always took it out on me, even telling me I was going to grow up a slut and have different fathers for my children. I wasn’t even thinking about sex and left home when I was 15 for good.
I agree that you need to open up about the truth of your condition but......be veeeeeery careful who you open up to. It should be a trusted councilor or someone that has the ability to guide you and not repeat your situation to anyone else. A person who know how to keep confidence.
Just lost someone who was very important. Through trauma. I don't know if I will ever see them again as we move on from each other. But I truly hope God helps us cross paths again
Im here at work waiting for my court date. They found cannabis wax in my car and I’m I got a charge for possession of a control substance less than a gram. I know it’s not going to be easy for me I’m an immigrant I was brought to the US when I was 4. Everyday I pull up to work and there’s a huge billboard that says “deport all illegals” this event has had a profound change in me and made me realize how much I have to lose. I realized that i am flawed in many ways. I have worked out here for over a year now and never did I notice another sign down the road that says “find hope” so I typed in the search bar “find hope” and came across this video. Thank you for your message I know now that what ever challenge comes ahead of me I won’t be alone and that it’s never too late too change. For everyone else going through something; have faith trust in yourself and trust in God adversity is in temporary we will all rise above our pain.
