Hi bhi I have applied for asylum less than tow months ago n finally just I received my brown paper tht it was right ineligible for asylum cause I was come to Canada on 2 may of 2023 illegally from USA and Canada park n the officers arrested me during passing n then they block me for one year but when I told them tht my one year tht I was block its finished n completed! Please tell me is there a some way tht IRB get my asylum back n put it in process for PR

No, you should have answers to their questions if your purpose and documentations are genuine. Before deporting they give you opportunity to file Refugee.

Refugee is the last step that should be taken if you don’t qualify for any pr program. Lot of people don’t know about refugees they think if they do refugee they will get pr hell no it’s not that easy. If you can’t proof you will be in huge trouble better go back to your country and apply coming to canada again. If you do refuge and get it maybe you can stay here in canada but you can’t get out from canada if you wanna go back to your country for any reason. And refuge people also don’t get jobs in good sector they aren’t the first priority. And this refugee status will forever with you as long as you live canada. Don’t go for it I would suggest unless and until you really need it. Staying canada isn’t worthy if you can’t live a good life. What’s the point of it. It’s not worthy to get refugee and live a third class life forever I would never take that step better go back to my country and build something there and maybe if good and worthy opportunity arrives again in future that I would have take it.
