I watched the entire episode of Jessica Alba and loved every minute of it. I subscribed immediately straight after watching your beautiful wife after watching Jessica. This is indeed the best channel that I've watched in a while. Many blessings for your channel to grow successfully.
That says so much that he wanted his wife to be the first interview. Most spouses would probably never ask their spouse on their podcast at all! Great talk! New sub. Looking forward to more. 😊
I started watching the Jessica Alba interview then switched to this one, AMAZING!! You 2 are hilarious and I LOVE October and her story. Great first interview
I agree on the acts of service! Any service like changing the light bulb, washing the dishes when I cook, offering to carry heavy things, are a huge turn on. It's like he's stepping up and saying I got you, without saying a word - very sexy.
My gosh this was an amazing podcast. I can honestly say that Tony made the right choice with her. She’s a strong, beautiful and independent women. I liked how when they first met she didn’t know who he was nor all impressed he played football. But great episode btw👌💯
Wow, what a beautiful soul and incredible interview! She is so insightful, authentic and just radiating self worth, it's awe-inspiring to watch. She owns the good and the bad, and seems very gratuitous to others and herself. The perfect first guest.
Nice job, Tony. Wasn’t really sure of what to expect. I appreciate your wife’s candor and honesty. She was a great choice for your first guest and I wish you much success on this platform, going forward. Cheers,
Very interesting interview! October you’re so witty, wise, a talented singer and a beautiful person inside and out. “Come & get your love” is one of the coolest, fun songs ever! Best to you both always 🎉🌈🌟
Love the advice on parenting and separating yourself from your children's accomplishments. I'm not a parent but I think many adults can relate to having experienced this with their parents. Also I am also a gifts and affection love language girl! lol :) Such a great listen
I did not know that was his wife. When I saw her last name, I thought she was his daughter. Excellent interview, It is the best of the 5 episodes that I have watched.
I really enjoyed your video (every second of it). I loved the style, openness, value, and humor. October is a wonderful and strong person. At some point in the future, get interviewed by, and then interview: Patrick Bet David, of 'Valuetainment', and Ed Mylett. Don't forget to link your guest's social media contacts! P.S. I'm not convinced about the 'monkey see, monkey won't do'. approach with social media.
Such an amazing podcast.Really enjoyed October"s comments on communication in a relationship.Believe it is key to any relationship, not just marriage. My relationships with all people must have that key factor. So proud of the person October has become.I knew you when you where still in your 20's and hanging out with my Daughter and her friends. You have always been so down to earth.Speaking the Truth even then. You are a beautiful soul inside and out.So happy you have found,Love,Strength,Positivity,Family in your journey with yourself and Tony.
I like her. She seems normal lol. Dont know any of these two, but watched jessica alba (grew up with her since her movie Honey i think, was a huuuuge fan so loving that i get to hear how her journey started and continues) and here i am. Love that these interviews unpack from the start to present 👌
Fabulous advice!! Acts of service DO set us on fire :-) This weekend I was painting the garage and my man cleaned the house. Makes me feel we are a team
This was AMAZINGGGG!!!! I'm a fan of October, she is sow friggin intelligent, says so many insightful things. I hope they will do another video together.
Curiosity is the key to all life events and relationships....the complexities we have as humans makes the whole experience worth it...wake up each day like its your first and last day on this earth..
idk your wife... and you .. as im not a very sporty person but i have watched this podcast from beginning till the end.. your wife is a rock star.. she's so beautiful.. kind and badass.. and generous... more power to the both of you.. new subscriber here :) thank you for sharing your story.. your wife is amazing.. omg if im a guy.. i would marry her too. lol
Okay, it’s shocking how intelligent, in touch with his sense of self and life, and great a communicator a former ball player TonyG is! It’s pleasantly surprising! Can’t believe this is a first episode!
Tony when you talk about having children your wife is right about how you come across your wife has got it all right just my opinion. Thanks I’ve watched deon sanders and Michael strahan interviews good people opens my eyes you are all real good people!!
Saw the Jessica Alba episode...and loved it (so of course, I had to research what this channel had to offer)...What a beautiful way to “get to know” people...very real & open.
Ok, I was wondering why he kept saying "we're married now"...it was kind of throwing me Also, I think she did care about being married and however it happened it seems to be working...
Just found my newest podcast from his interview with GaryVee. Enjoy his interview style, similar too but different from my ATF Tom Bilyeu. #subscribed Time to binge!!!!
As soon as he asked where I do my thought processing, I said car to myself and when she did I felt like I was on the right team. I have a Janis Joplin song that will always make me sob and it is such a relief to get those feelings out. And as an aside, I grew up twenty years earlier with the same family dynamic and a very dysfunctional half brother who used me as the target for his own confusion. Tony, both your wife and Jessica Alba were highly interesting with insight and ideas that were fresh to me at 72 (with a social work degree that helped me unravel my own life).
Tony/October . have excellent long term memory and can remember things as far back as like being in the 1st grade (1989) and at the time have terrible short term memory at times and can't remember where I put things around the 🏠 like 24, 48+ hours later. Lol 🤦♂️🙃🙄
Tony I was a police officer in the area near Georgia Dome World Congress Center. Tobie sounds like my wife when it comes to children social media and phones. I sound like you. However, I do not care how long they stay on anything video related. As long as they keep up on everything they're responsible for grades, church, family events and aren't mistreating others.
Also Tony I'm totally with you on the multiple food dishes or items. I tell them. Hey guys get whatever you want. What does my wife do let's share and that's fine but I just want my own food.
Absolutely was inspired to comment- 1) you two are beautiful inside & out (from what we can tell..!) 2) thank you for reminding us that every part of this human experience is important, good or bad..& coming out ok on the other side is not too small of a thing to be proud of becuz it makes us who we are - 3) as a mom and a realist , I appreciate how October can be matter of fact/straightforward (ie: heartbreak) & it doesn’t detract from her being open & loving ...inspirational without the usual lectures -Loveeee 4) also as a stepmom who adores & raised my bonus kids...it’s nice to have something to point to & say bad experiences don’t have to be the only part that defines you. You are in charge. 5) sorry longer post than I planned Keep these discussions up! Amazing content and good vibes :). P. S. I’m only half way through it..lol....October’s definition of commitment /brutal honesty, parenting, Co parenting .....meeeeee 👋 Edit: cute Chanels ;) , it’s so sweet to see Tony’s admiration like he’s learning so much for the first time lol....and reverse psych RE: social media and most things ...works like a CHARM!...no Tony giving too much logic turns their ears off. Yes on the school class to navigate sm ..mine are scholar-athletes and they actually do have to preach protocols and ethics due to college recruiting
Yessss affection & gifts ..acts of service haha all the things I never can put into words under an hour ! Great bonus questions....October is my spirit animal ..being kinder and more tactful in my honesty ...yessss. thanks guys& congrats
Tony, first off, congrats on your HOF induction. I watched your speech and you demonstrated your championship quality. Great job on this interview with your lovely wife. It was a pleasure hearing her story and how you two met. You are a natural at this medium so I encourage and challenge you to keep this going. God Bless my brother.
Can relate to October's story when it comes to growing up in an unstable household and having to grow up fast. Parents separated when I was 5 years old (1987) and moved to different states. Lived with my mom growing up and had no father in household since 5. Had to be my own father when it came to the things that a father is suppose to teach his son. I had to learn from others experiences, society, Television, sports, entertainment, church, etc.... Was really observant as a kid because I had to be to learn things on my own that a father was suppose to teach his son. The only things I didn't teach myself growing up were like 7 things (how to talk, how to walk, how to read, how to write, things you learned in school from teachers, how to cook and how to drive a car). The talk that a parent is supposed to have with their child about the Birds and the Bee's (learned about that watching movies on TV when I was like 8, 9 years old). The talk about how to deal with adversity as a child, teen, young adult , had to learn about that through life's good and bad experiences I had in the 1980's & 1990's. Got picked on , bullied, made fun of at school and had no one to talk too about it. How to communicate and talk to the opposite sex in a romantic way, had to learn about that by observing people in public and watching movies. Dad wasn't around and Mom worked full-time 40+ hours a week and was too tired to spend time with me after she got off of work. Maybe 1 or 2 Saturday's a month she would allow , take me to do something I wanted to do. Other times I was an inconvenience and if it didn't involve her and my older brother. Most likely couldn't do it or go there alone. Mom didn't believe in showing emotional, mental, moral support growing up and didn't get close to my dad until I got in my 20's in the 2000's. Pushed and encouraged myself to Graduate high school (2000), pushed , encouraged and paid for my own college and Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications in (2015). The only one to have had graduated College in my family between my Dad, Mom and older brother. Taught myself how to do my own Taxes when I was 19 by reading about it at the Library. When a parent is supposed to be their for their child when they get their first car, I took myself to the dealership and the car on my own. Some of things that I had to go through growing up as a child in the 1980's, 1990's would not wish that on my worst enemy. Looking back at it at the things I went through back then. Can't do anything about it now, just make sure my kids don't have to go through what I went through as a kid in the "80's, "90's". I don't have kids yet, still single and have no kids. At the same time making when I do meet someone , get married and have kids. I am making sure my future family when they do come. Have the best life they can have and don't have to experience the nightmares I saw a as kid.
I found your Podcast from watching Mike Tyson’s Hotboxin Podcast. The Jessica Alba one intrigued me, so I went searching for more. Found the one with your wife, and now I’m hooked. Your wife seems so awesome and really down to earth. I love her personality, and her way of thinking, she would definitely be a friend of mine. I was sad towards the end because this was such a great interview I wanted to hear more.....and BAM wifey drops the knowledge I have a Podcast. SOLD....she has a new subscriber ❤️ Beautiful family you guys have, God Bless you all.
