I prefer organizing my parts by color. Then if I have time (needing to listen to a podcast) will sort by part type... In theory. I purchased 4 of the multiple drawer cabinets but, they are filled with Minifigure parts and small projects.

At work, we have those baskets full of snacks that you scan them, then pay for, no vending machines. I looked behind the rack of baskets one day and could see dozens of snacks that fell behind on the floor.😢😢😂🍎🍫🧃🍔🍔🍔🥪🍕
