Frank grillo is an absolute legend and a badass! I would urge everyone to watch a tv show he is in called Kingdom! The best tv show I have ever seen! Absolutely brilliant!
gotta say, paddy your complete setup and the way you and your team present themselves is second to none...its the little things like having the guest on screen to your right so that when he talks, you turn your face towards him even tho hes not in the room with you...i rly enjoy how good this channel is...pls keep it up. love from germany
@Jake Collins It's a shame you think people are that superficial, especially since Frank just showed himself to be such a stand up guy. He clearly rates Paddy for his work ethic when it comes to fight night and training discipline, anybody would love to be able to pig out on foods and get in shape for a fight like Paddy does, you can genuinely tell Franks a fan of Paddy and not just some industry snob.
An hour is a perfect time for a podcast. This is the first podcast I've listened to in a long time, that I didn't get bored of way through to do something else. Great one.

Frank is a real G, allot of people talk the talk but thus dude is in better shape than I could ever be and he's my dads age. Gotta respect the hard work that takes. Love his fitness advice and positivity.
it's not just the special amazing guests you have on, but also the way you interview and incorporate Banter and the fluidity and elegance of it is on another level to many other main podcasts out there, which makes it enjoyable to watch and never boring etc Watch-Out Joe Rogan....Paddy The Baddy has truly landed not only in the fight game but also in the Podcast game too. Kingdom is my favorite show of all time. It really made me appreciate Frank Grillo as an actor. He’s super dedicated and he’s shredded in his 50s. Plus he’s a legit martial artist and a huge fight fan. His show Fightworld on Netflix is also really amazing.
I loved this. Two guys with admiration for each other, getting proper nutriance off the conversation. Paddy's is right to be taking advantage of where he is right now, to have all these great conversations.
Huge respect to fighters. I give you that your training and in fight experience is second to none, but as an ice hockey goalie I’d have to say we’re up there when it comes to conditioning and relative danger and pain we play through.

I JUST watched Boss Level... and Frank Grillo in that movie made me think... man this guy is good! And NOW Paddy does an interview with him. this was the movie that made me really notice him so it was funny that suddenly he is on here as well like it was some destiny timing with it haha!
