This is such an important video to share and for other new moms to see. I’m mostly commenting just to help with visibility and to boost your vid in the algorithm, but I’m also here to thank you for your bravery in sharing this story in all its length and depth, and to give you a virtual fist bump. I’m a 3x momma and I’ll never forget how hard (yes, even traumatic!) my first recovery was due to just SO many factors. Despite also having an absolutely gorgeous birth, I also had some odd birth injuries that required extended healing, I also was quite debilitated and had lots of breastfeeding struggles, and I went through a gnarly journey through PPD/PPA on top of it. So even all these years later, listening to other moms open up about their experiences is so healing to me as I continue to process my first postpartum experience. So - again, thank you for your strength and willingness to share your experience, because it will surely impact a lot of mommies ❤

I have an almost 3 year old little boy, we found out we were expecting on our anniversary Feb. 1st, 2 weeks ago we found out we’re having a little girl and I’m due in September!! How awesome!!?!?!
