I have had a bad case of depression and anxiety for the past 10 years. I am now being weened off my medications. I met someone who I thought would be a true friend. It didn’t turn out well and truly broke my heart. I went into that state of depression again. That’s when I turned God for help in what I believed was a hopeless situation. And also started my consulting sessions. I’m better not since my consultant is God. He makes it easy to speak with him as you focus on his answers to your Heart. Hallelujah 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Glory to you Mighty Father. It is asked in prayer to the Magnificent Name of Jesus. My Lord and Savior. Amen and Amen. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Lord, you have given me so much in my life, like a great, understanding family, yet I still plea to you because I'm going thru a rough period with depression and anxiety issues and Chronic fatigue syndrome/fibromyalgia. Still, I know you have blessed me and gave me what I NEEDED, and not what I wanted perhaps. Still I give thanks to You for the blessings you gave me and the love and mercy You have shown to me. Stress, worry and anxiety keeps me from being the best version of myself. I'm tired of living in depression, fear of failure to follow my dreams and change myself. I'm tired of feeling stagnant and letting life pass me by. Everyone deserves peace and to live out there dreams. I got a taste of it and it was such a pure feeling and I want that version of me back, but something always blocks me.

Lies' despairing misery making those wicked cling, yet faith in Christ's loving truth rescues from above. Holding onto Jesus in such hours dark, sore, and low. I used to search for peace whenever I’m in a state of rejection or find things unhealthy to me. Peace is not the highest goal in life but is the most fundamental requirement that needs to be gained within ourselves. Life becomes worthless without peace of mind, though you are wealthy enough. Peace begins with self-care :)

I’m only 20 and have felt constant anxiety before I was even a teen. I felt imprisoned. I’ve been to the psych hospital and put on a bunch of different drugs seeing which one will fix my ‘chemical imablance’ it wasn’t a lack of serotonin. It’s the lack of God. That’s what I’ve been missing. I have a long journey to find peace and it’s going to be so difficult. But with prayers and trust I know I can do this.

I believe and trust god in my heart but my head and feelings says that it is not enoguh.. sometimes i feel Shame and afraid. I know its not love. God is love. I havent felt stress in two years. The big game changer was releasing it all to God. Surrender and obedience are the game changers. The enemy doesn’t want this truth spreading because his manipulations would be done. Peace and joy and contentment are amazing!! Choosing to walk into God’s will and release my own was the key.

This came to me when I was thrown under the bus by my managers and colleagues and stripped of all my dignity and humiliated to the point that I am dragging my feet to work every day as I need them only to survive.
