My life belongs to Jesus! He has helped me overcome so much and it is worth the work of learning to not let anxiety rule me. Breathing techniques, writing out affirmations, thought-stopping, and listening to gospel music are a requirement for me❤

I'm an American living in the Czech Republic. I'm so thankful for this channel. The sermons have been a great blessing to me. I'm currently trusting the Lord for complete healing of my body as it has interrupted my ability to work and do ministry here. I've recently had a second major operation on my left leg and am in need of 2 additional surgeries. The doctors here are not sure if my leg will heal completely and have listed me as "disabled". I've been doing what I can for work, but it has been a bit difficult. God has been faithful, but I'm in a very dry season right now. I don't want to move back to the states because my daughter, her husband and grandkids are here. I would like prayer that I stay hopeful, keeping my eyes on Jesus, for healing and consistent work. I’m desperately seeking prayer. For decades I’ve dealt with Panic and anxiety and this season has been extremely difficult for me with all of it! I feel like God isn’t listening to me. Help me Jesus! I'm a heavy sleeper. When I was deployed to Iraq, during the night a mortar had landed in our living area. I didn't hear it. The next morning, my fellow soldiers asked me why I wasn't under the bunk in the middle of the night? I told them I was fast asleep and didn't hear it.

Hello my name is Adam Inman, I'm from Niagara Falls Ontario. I'm currently in one of the hardest valley's in my life. My anxiety and depression attack me everyday, I feel lost and am having a hard time finding hope and faith. I have so many storms hitting me, please pray for me (Chana). A dear friend of mine, Penny, is on the verge of passing away. Doctors are waiting until tomorrow to see if she has any brain waves and if not, then, any life support will be discontinued. Pray for her and her family, please, for God's loving strength and hope and comfort. Also, pray that my relationship with my daughter, Marcella, will be restored.
