Hey, Chef. It's not pizza, but while you're in Brooklyn go to the Bay Ridge neighborhood, and look up a place called "Hôm". It's a kitschy little shop in front, and a 6 table restaurant in back. The kitchen is _tiny_, and everything that comes out of it is outstanding! Diolch!

@@OllieRamone that isn't what i meant by asking him that. everyone in the video including the people he is with are speaking english to him but he speaks in native language in the transitions is why i'm asking. i was very confused on why he was doing it
