@@Idk-ul6ee I think you should have both sides opinion, I mean crab snack is decent, it's a little salt, with a little cute appearance and I do think it is good after all, I have tried it, it's a good choice. Perhaps your taste isn't salt and a little spicy.
I do agree about the Lays chips. They are so salty these days but tbh, they do try out different flavors recently (Phở , Kobe beef, Truffle mushroom…..) and I tried them all, pretty good and refreshing. I love the Phở flavor, it does somehow has the smell of real instant Phở, and has the taste of the beef in Phở inside the chip. That was a mind-blown experience and I still buy it everytime I buy groceries.
crab snack is S tier to me, very nostalgic, I remember being a kid in the 90s eating the tiny legs and claws first then the bodies so the bag would last longer. Edit: Nostalgia is one factor among other factors. If it didn't taste good (to me) in the first place, then I would not like it for so long, and I have tried many snacks since my childhood. But I do agree that people have different tastes, therefore this is MY rating of the crab snack, I did not intend to impose it on anyone.
Additional information for everyone is that Vietnam is a country that is weak in dairy processed foods for various reasons. Therefore, in Vietnam, people are familiar with the flavor of artificial cheese and butter (cheese powder and margarine) and that fake cheese and butter tastes like milk powder and cooking oil, few have the opportunity to taste real cheese or butter made from milk. As a result, most cheese-flavored products taste quite bland. The only exception is Lay's cheddar flavor, which I find to be the best.
@@mehlanie13 in Vietnam, the dairy cow model is not popular, most cows are raised for meat(but we have goat milk and it tastes really really good) Vietnamese people's taste is often more frugal, they do not like things that are too sweet, greasy and fatty, especially the elderly. In daily recipes, things like butter or milk is barely seen. Vietnam is a young country, like 40 years ago sugar was expensive, let alone butter and milk. That's why long-standing food brands have such a 'fake' flavor which is smt create from chemicals. But in the last decade or so, because of increased demand, there have been many other food companies that produce really quality dairy process foods, and it's actually not difficult to find and buy them.
I appreciate how you actually taste each thing several times before giving your final opinion, so many "testing" videos nibble at one piece to form their opinion, I find it sort of infuriating.

I used to like the dry fruits from Vinamit too but recently I have dropped. Like you said, it’s just too oily. It’s no longer clean and dry and flavorful anymore. Now I feel sick just eating 2-3 pieces

Chad put my childhood in B tier..I remember back in the day my mom gave me lil bit of pocket money just to buy 1 pack of crab snack and 1 rice paper. I did have to eat bit by bit just to save it..also the taste is pretty good with beer because it's not too strong.
