Its just lack of discipline. It isnt an untreatable condition lol. The reason that a person can do something that you can not comes down to is because they have self discipline and you do not.

@@travisgoesthere I think i know myself better than you do sir. If it were a lack of self discipline, than i wouldn't have enrolled in medschool and studied every summer to achieve my goals. I have plenty self discipline, but without my medication, i cannot direct my attention to stay on one subject. It is self discipline to go the library to study every day for 10 hours, all year. It is ADHD when all those hours still aren't enough because you are distracted by noises, get stuck on small details within the subject or are taken adrift by your own thoughts. If you aren't educated on a subject, that's fine, but don't just give out your assumptions as fact. Sincerely, an actual doctor.

That's my park! I live like 2 minutes away. I'm always intimidated to go skate there because it's so packed and I'm scared of falling in front of everyone. I'm still a beginner.

I found that I could skate way more confidently when I had my safety gear on. Knowing that it wasn't going to hurt when I fell made a huge difference. I highly recommend wearing gear when trying new things. Not preaching, just sharing my experience.

Linda doesn't know but seeing her roller skating on her own, falling and being unfazed by that makes me have courage to roller skate and this is the first time that I leave my comfort zone.

I'm so jealous of your crew. I skate alone 90% of the time. I only have two friends that skate, both an hour away. I tried to meet some people on Facebook groups, but they never come through to actually meet up. The skate spot I had was taken over by a summer camp and it's the only place I felt safe skating by myself. So I haven't skated outside all summer. It's been super depressing, honestly. You're so so lucky.

I started skating when I was 3 I’m 36 and haven’t skated in 15 years. I just got a new pair of skates yesterday and got done for my son to teach him. I forgot how much I loved skating growing up

I'm so scared of skating again because one time I fell right on my butt and I hurt my tail bone and I lost the courage to skate again, seeing you skate makes me want to do it again and even get better at it, but im so scared it might happen again. 😔 also your skating videos are giving me more motivation to skate again

How are you getting on with boardwalk skates? I'm thinking about getting a pair myself as they are one of the few pairs I can get in that colour and material.
