For years the Ninjago manga has been a piece of fascinating Ninjago lost media, but after months of searching (and a lot of poor financial decisions) I was able to track down unseen issues of this glorious manga, finally getting to see what secrets this manga holds

11:15 Cow tongue in japanese translates to this 牛の舌, Ushi no Shita. It sounds similar to チタン Chitan which means Titanium. So Lloyd missheared. Same with Jay, Jibakuna means self-destructive.

Man, I really wish we actually got some actual non-gag serious Ninjago Manga that acts as an extended universe, but considering how LEGO absolutely despises anime, we are probably never getting that...

checking all the corocoro covers from the time might be the best bet, since i think they all have a tiny kai on there. so far ive found him on the june 2015 cover, but not much luck aside from that. thank you for finding the ones you did and uploading them! i remembered that the manga existed but i felt crazy trying to look for them edit: december 2015 as well!

wild to see there’s more of this, and that it’s, like, real and official. i half expected the original issue that’s been floating around to have been just sort of a joke comic by an online fan, wild to see not only there’s more beyond but it gets even weirder somehow.

Thank you for covering this piece of media, I had no idea it existed until I found this video suggested. Very interesting of its depictions of the characters but very fitting at the same time!

I'm guessing when the ninja say they are trying to get "sunburnt" it's actually that they are trying to get a tan, lol. I hope all of these get found eventually, they're quite a ridiculous peice of Ninjago history.

The manga handled Ronin's character better than the show. Change my mind. Joking aside, this legitimately looks like a fun parody. It takes some ideas of the show and ridicules them in such a surrealist and creative way that it is actually kind of amusing. That being said, I am probably not going to look for them myself.

Hey, just a disclaimer: corocoro is very strict when it comes to showing pages from the magazine's. Someone got their channel terminated for showing the Beyblade pages. So just saying
