Wow!! Listening to this in whole lot of emotions. According to how the story was handed down to me from my grandfathers there’s a little twists in between however, the story is true. I’m named today as IMSENPERONG SANGTAM.(Yimsenpirong-actual name) . This is my story.Blessed.😇

We Ao have same history Imsenperong is from jamir clan and senperong is from walling clan if im not mistaken where two brothers found drinkable water this happened in chungliyimti when Aos were there...

Yes its Sangtam folk tale which our fore father told us but the bird talking to those two brother was a little bit twist.

Ao's r eastern too from tuensang... don't get confused...Monsen n sangtam is similar.matter of fact sangtam dominanted the Aos that's how forefathers flee to near by hills call mokochung.

Ao's also have the same "Imsempirong and senpirong" story

But I don’t understand why they r not allowed to cook or serve… when their clan was the one finding water… 🤔🤔 Can someone from the community please explain??

It's such a silly story, in hilly terrain water can be found easily, unless our forefathers lived in the desert the story seemed unjustified.

Imsenberong n semperong r Ao names

This is almost the same as the Ao Naga story. Both the brothers have the same name like the story here and they are from the Jamir clan. However the song of the bird is different in the Ao tale.
