Bobriski will go to jail and come out but Nigeria's problem of corruption will have grown bigger because nobody is addressing it. Our justice system has failed for too long
The priorities are so silly, and what Nigerians don’t realize is that a government that is failing its citizens on every level, will talk about “Bobrisky” to distract you from the hunger and poverty facing you. Bobrisky is going to prison, yet hunger still dey
A lot of people are guilty of what they accused of Bobrisky of doing, money laundering as they claimed, Bobrisky is just a scapegoat in all this case which is not fair
This examples is good and we have made bobrisky a scape goat. I hope the law will be served on anyone else regardless of their personalities in the public.
PLEASE SPEAK FOR THE BEA SCHOLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a scholar of the BEA scholarship program and we've not been paid for over 7 months. I am a first year medical student of the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok, Russia. I'm trying my best to make the public aware of what we scholars have been going through for months, its been hell on earth. Please help us!! Please
If Nigerians are addressing the issue of the crossdresser known as BRSK due to his/her actions, let the truth be revealed. He/she is not the only one who tampered with the naira at that event...
Good for him! Spraying money was an excuse to arrest him. It is not our culture to be dressing the way he dresses. If he wants to dress up that way he wants he should go to the Western countries where the law accept to dress way they like.
Culture kee you there , culture wey no help you mama & papa , culture that got your country in a mess , culture that got your citizens selling their properties to become slaves..... Not like I'm saying Bob was go or whatever, buh he's/she is not the first ,and nothing will change in you cultural & lawless country, your country that disregard law
Please stop it ! Spraying is not our culture. The madness of spraying started in the 70s, when we had economic boom and there was a lot of money in the Land, you were not born then.
The police should check the internet and youtube, there are many videos of spraying money not as bad as this one..why make him the scape goat and let others get away..is this double standard
for spraying naira? in my opinion, they should just have offered him the ambassador for preaching against messing with the currency. But punishing him just shows selective punishment. he has done something wrong. but showing him the punishment, and say, you have the option to either serve the term, or be ambassador to preach against abuse of the naira.
@@lateefkareemfor being an abomination Is this act allowed by the Quran ? You are lateef, answer me lateef does the Quran allow gay ? Or a man acting like a woman? Does it allow it ? So why defend such abomination when Allah is against such acts Are you going against Allah ?
@@lateefkareembro you are too funny. So every offenders of laws should stop being penalised according to the law? And Crown them as ambassadors instead?
This is about his sexual identity, not about the naira abuse . But am glad for two things. There will be less of open naira abuse going forward and our society will never embrace the gay movement
I know a lot of people don’t like Bob but I think that this is unfair punishment. Don’t all Nigerians spray money? In fact all of us should be in prison. In fact it’s always Dollars. And is it not Americans who go to strip clubs and spray money too? No one in the US go to prison for that. Us Nigerians that live abroad still spray money here. Nigerians I’m disappointed because they are bigger pressing matters
I wish you guys would sit and think. Bobrisky dey live him life. You probably have NEVER MET HIM in your life and he has influenced you so deeply that you just want him to suffer because he is a cross dresser. So biased in thought. You don't scream justice because he mutilated the naira. I am sure YOU HAVE ATTENDED PARTIES WHERE THE NAIRA WAS MUTILATED AND EVEN CONTRIBUTED TO IT IN THE PAST OR EVEN RECENTLY and you saw no issues with it so what Justice are you talking about. Aren't you guilty of the same offence too? It's not the fact that he sprayed money... naah . You are happy because the personality was arrested. You don't want a cross dresser putting his lavish lifestyle in your face . You simply hate him. But let me remind you that your Country is on shambles because of your politicians who have most likely forced you to japa or made you have a dream to do so. Bobrisky has nothing to do with that one . Now that they have arrested him has your life gotten any better if you're still in Nigeria? And if you're not, has it made you want to return back there. You too follow a bunch if clowns discussing about bobrisky. A case thay should NOT EVEN MAKE NEWS. And you are there saying yes Justice... Tufiakwa!!!! I pray we all will have sense one say and realize that THERE ARE PRESSING ISSUES ON GROUND and not that of a single cross dresser .
He should be sentence for deceiving the whole world that he is she! Corrupting and abusing morality in our nation. He has been a bad influence in the society! Make him a scapegoat please to stop this nonsense happening again please.
I don't think there's a law that protests against gay or transgender in Nigeria that's why they came it with the currency abuse but anyway na way. nigga is destroying the future our young one with influence
@@mayowaoyedokun9828they stylishly punished him for being gay which I agree with Nigeria has close relations with America and they know America would want to rise against Nigeria if we try to punish him openly for gay, they just used something else to punish him for which I 100% accept and it’s due time he gets punished for it Do you know how many people he’s lead astray ?, this James brown who do you think influenced him ?, this isn’t the kind of influencers we need in Nigeria right now
The problem is that the government doesn’t keep the laws but use others as escape goat!! It’s very bad. I wish they will also serve same justice to all those who violate the laws not just ordinary citizens. Nobody is above the law!!
@@aderemiajayi679 not a party at all .As a first time offender he should be treated fairly in accordance with Nigerian Law. If he appeals the judgement he may lose or the case will be adjourned. However, appealing will get him more popularity from the government mismanagement. There are chances that international LGBT ideologues will hijack it. Think Nnamdi Kanu, Think ESG guidelines…..
Pe this has made your life better oooo. Because you are not being fair in your judgement. It's because you hate bobrisky not because he did what he did. You hate his personality. Hope you realize what your politicians are doing is a billion times worse than what bobrisky has done. Hope you realize that your politicians have endangered the lives of people, children and generations yet unborn. You sit there saying good for him. Is he the one responsible for the useless state of your country ? I wonder when we all will wake up to reality. It's a pity.
@@BiolaAdebiyi He was asked whether he is male or female and he replied quickly that he is a man. He was born a man, he bears a man's name, he has prick, All that surgery he said he has undergone to change his genitals are publicity stunts to get attention. He only dresses like a woman with fake rubber breasts and wears makeup.
This BKO is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Let us hope he keeps the same energy when other people commit the same "crime" BobRisky has been jailed for
Will one contravene the law if money is carefully placed on the temple of a dancer, ensuring none of the notes gets crumpled or mutilated in any way or even touches the ground? Just asking.
Just wondering if this particular law is applicable to other parts of Nigeria. So many people from the Eastern Nigeria have done worse with the Naira than what he did. Is the law only for and in Lagos state?
A 6 mth Custodial sentence for a non criminal offence is mind boggling . This is a moral issue and should have been treated as such by giving the accused a 6 mth community sentence working with LAWMA.😊
BKO...... it's a shame you saying that the LAW can not catch everyone, that Nigeria don't have enough prison room...Hmmmm..What a statement from a journalist 😂😂😂😂
The young generation has to know homosexuality and sex change isn't part of our values as a people. It's a good move. I'll prefer if the police openly declared he is being prosecuted because of his LGBT shenanigans not some abuse of the naira. It would send a louder message.
Acting the way you please is not a crime. Our country is full of robbers and killers and you’re worried about someone dressing as a woman?? Do you think heaven is open to those who persecute others on the grounds of lies? Do you think it is Christianlike to allow stealers and killers to jail innocent people?
No one determines how God administers his judgement. At the end of the day it was pride that caused Idris to fall. He was overly flamboyant on so many levels. Thus him spraying the floor not even an actual person. Spraying actual people is part of our culture not the ground. This is how he hung himself. It's really a sad story overall. What does it gain a man to gain the world and lose his soul. From Diddy to Bobrisky to whomever is next, God's vengeance is being served.
They go arrest people tire oooo, so many people wey dey spray money, how of the they don arrest, abi una think wetin I dey think oooo, he be like say they Don they found how they go arrest him since, a man who dress like a woman. Make una keep this law moving ooo.
The goal is to punish the offender and the fine is 50k which can no longer be effective as of now. If it was to be the case, people can just do anything with the currency and then pay the 50k fine after. So, the judge had the power to make the offender face the effective consequence, and that's what she did.
Long overdue justice. Let's hope our government will step up to their responsibility and begin to deal with the undesirable elements who have done so much damage to Nigeria reputation and perception within the international community. With the criminal status of Bobrisky (Idris Olarenwaju omo ologo of Okuneye family) should be the beginning of national efforts to reinstate our national pride and dignity as well- cultured Nigerians. Amo, London UK
Bob risky no matter what you think of him ( I personally do not give a fvck) is not the problem of Nigerian. He doesn't even crack top 1000. You're making noise as though the arrest brought down fuel prices.
But you're ok with the old chiefs and elders marrying underaged girls. That entire continent is a curse,. All types of ritualism, selling body parts, and other inhumane acts. 😂😂😂 Cultured 😂
Good for him ,let him go to jail and lean his lessons. Spraying money was just an excuse to arrest him. Dressing the way he dresses up is the main reason why he was jailed. It is not our culture for a man to dreess in that way . Shameless idoit, and bad influence to others.
I'm not in support of Naira abuse or public show of Homosexuality but Bob isn't the problem of Nigeria right now. Why are corrupt politicians not sentenced? Why is Mahmood Yakubu still in office?
There is no intent to belittle this TVC but I find these analyts sluggish without too much depth or punches of humor. Na wa o. 😅😅😅 May be Channels TV is light years ahead. Likewise, Arise TV is much more alive and riveting.
I think I'm against the submission that we should send people to jail arbitrarily when the option of fine is there. I say increase the fine, it's a way of making revenue for the government. When people go to prison, they do so on taxpayers money especially when our country’s prisons are overcrowded.
I believe this is wrong, when the punishment is not the result of the crime but you're punishing only because you're targeting the individual. I don't like Bob Risky I think he's a deterrent to the kind of society we want to have in Nigeria, but this is too much.
On the surface, it is the issue of the mutilation of naira notes. The real issue is his audacity to pass himself off as a woman. However, fighting him directly on this issue will raise international alarm against the Nigeria state. Do you get the tactics of the government?
I think our government is only trying to pass a message here, to let people know that bobrisky is not above the law and he is certainly not enjoying any privileges from any top people in government as people proclaimed. VDBM was arrested for a comment he made in this regard concerning bobrisky. I think the government has let bobrisky be all this while for fear of attracting negative attention from the international community regarding LGBTQ wahala.
@@JJ-kh4pnis that not still foolishness? Our country is corrupt to the point where we’re worried about transgenders and not POVERTY. Westerners are entering to gawk and stare at the poor starving children. Bobrisky is not our problem.
I wish we would be this passionate about the economic situation, insecurity and banditry in Nigeria. So jailing Bobrisky or Bobreckless has done what exactly? Let's tell ourselves the truth. Has it made anybody's life better? We choose to address some irrelevant issues. This is not our major pain and problem at the moment. Why even make this bobrisky issue a BIG DEAL
They have been mutilating the. Naira long before him... was any specific thing done before him??? There is. More to his jail term than the mutilation of the naira
Thats my problem with this station, they never say things the way they are. So partial and hypocritical. Deep down in their hearts, they know they are lying. Can any of them here vow that he has never sprayed Nigeria's naira before? Hypocrisy! I hate this Bobrisky for his recklessness, but I hate this injustice even more. If you want to try him against his gender, just say it and stop mentioning currency pls.
How can the law punish drug pedfllers, abi its not Nigeria again, you and i know that nigeria cannot for obvious reasons. Abeg lets break uo thus country so each region can re strategize.
