sir as per my experience 10% values are not mentioned in any IS code clause its is a experimental value which is shown that if the resedue does retain on 90 micron sieve more than 10% than consistensy of cement will be incresed due to which, strenght will get reduce.
Sir it's mentioned in format only You can't find out this given limit in IS code 8112. Same statment I was shared with my client they directly ask me where is written in IS 8112
