This video is so inspiring. I am having trouble committing to my fingerboard ollies because last time I tried them, I landed primo and broke a nail. I had to ice my finger for 2 weeks and haven't been on the board since. I think that if I land a few on the carpet, I will finally be able to move it up to the table and fully commit.
I used to follow mike schnieder back when he was really popular. This social awkward kid liked to fingerboard and his business was actually really successful and he started his own brick and mortar store at age 14. He made and printed and crafted the boards out of real wood and did what he enjoyed. Don't hate on these guys they are having fun.
Lorenzo "I have a dream that one day I shall become a pro fingerboarder." Sadest fucking shit that could've been spoken, that ain't a dream, it's just heartbreaking
I skateboard I don't fingerboard however I have a point to make. Doing tricks while skateboarding is equally as foolish as this. Skateboards are toys and fingerboards are smaller toys. Both can be fun and neither should be taken seriously and no one should be making fun of anyone for doing either. At the end of the day if it's something you enjoy and it's not hurting anyone I think it's a good thing.
@@grizzlygreenbear You are correct I'm not good at skating. However I feel the same way about all sports, we don't do them because they accomplish useful tasks we do them because they are fun to participate in and interesting to watch. I personally use my skateboard for riding to work every day and in that sense it's not a toy but as far as playing games of skate and learning a trick it's a toy.
Two Eye i mean i guess if thats how you want to look at it. Except the biggest difference is that some toys require large amounts of balls and physical exertion/athleticism to be good. (I.e difference between dedicating yourself to fingerboarding vs skateboarding)..why theres more marketing opportunities, money and careers made from real skateboardibg. This aint just a game to some ppl, its their livelihood.
@@angelbeencold3930 fingerboards take time and effort to make, plus they are hand-made, ofc they will be sold for the same price of a skateboard, tech decks aren’t the same since they are plastic pieces of shit and are easy to mass-produce, everything in fingerboarding is expensive.
As an ex skater, I can see how this can have an audience. Why are theses boys(as well as others) seeking enjoyment from finger skating, well...why does anybody do anything? It kinda sucks that some of the comments are bashing these boys, their not hurting anyone.
Its different if there like playing with them at home with friends or at school or something. But bringing it onto like tv and tryna make it some kind of finger sport and competing just makes it sad.
Well, yes they actually are hurting themselves. They should be investing in their education to better the world and themselves. Instead, they are investing in something is pointless and will be gone in a few years, if not already. They are hurting the sports world by calling this a "sport", so yes, there are plenty of victims in this pointless activity.
TheAcenightcreeper It's a hobby...you're not forced to do this and only this for the rest of your life. It's possible to have an education and have hobbies at the same time. Common sense man, come on now.
why u all so mad? i skateboard much, but when the weather is bad or i'm somwhere i cant skate, i play around with fingerboard. the fuck is wrong with that?
The last time I watched this video years ago, I cringed and laughed at how serious they took this stuff. Here I am now piecing together my first professional fingerboard setup. Crazy how things change over time..
guys you may think finger boarding is gay but, this one time i got a concussion and couldn't skate for 2 weeks so i bought a fingerboard and well realized its actually really flippin hard
+Pato Garza T no need to complain .. some play fingerboard some play skateboard .. every person have different passion .. always love do what you do and love what others do

Oh c'mon guys why are y'all so destructive in the comments section? In Italy, this kind of "game" is still really enjoyable. I mean, people outta here used to make Beyblade World Championship. Sooo, what's the problem? I think it's funny doing this. I don't really see the need to even offend or makin' fun of those guys. Maybe, they actually fuck more than you all, did you even think about that? I don't really get...nowadays, we have Fortnite and a unsustainable number of Battle Royale games and some people really play for hours and hours those pointless games. If u could choose, would you go back to the good old days?
@Andrew 1229 imagine a 12 year old that must hate on people cause he's doing nothing else and probably just touched a girls breast so now thinks he can call everyone virgin
EVERYTHING EXISTS!!!!!!!! I remember buying these well getting these for Christmas when I was a kid and changing the wheels the boards and once I got older I left it alone only yet to see this is a thing that actually went professional
