@FatMochiiiii Sorry, I'm not sure. Normally, it has a hole to pin in and hold about 30 seconds for hard reset. In this way, maybe solve your problem.

Sorry, I don't know how to connect the machine with SQL database. For my way, I made PHP web application that connect to SQL database and download data from the machine to upload to my project.

you should use a new flashdrive in FAT32 format. and make sure the flashdrive is version 2.0 or 1.0, the version 3.0 or above will result in format error

​@@ricabautista8700 use the outdated 2.0 versions. Then format that flashdrive first to a FAT32 file system before plugging it in the biometric device.​

On my site, I can edit because my download file is .xls (Excel) and no password protection. I suggest you try to "Open with..." that file with Notepad (.txt)
