Hi Wow that sounds great ! I have a Boxcar that I'm currently taking online lessons through Guitars for Vets, as a 100% Disabled Navy Veteran. This gives me encouragement to get to the point i can make my Boxcar sound half that good !

Question- First,I really enjoy your channel and playing. I am getting older and musical tastes are changing. I love delta blues and this style your playing here. Is this guitar sit up to play slide or dobro slide? I don’t want to have to spend money and hope a guitar tech gets it correct. Thank you.

Glad you like the channel! I play slide on this guitar sometimes. The action is on the lower side, but it works for slide too. Gretsch makes another model that's a square neck version...G9210 I think... that's made to be played with a slide. Hope that helps.

Hello Guillaume! Nice to meet you :) I use D'addario EJ16 strings on this. Gauge = 12-53. Best of luck with the new guitar! I love mine.
