Finish furnishing this beautiful home with me ( p.2 ) Sims 4 

This was so relaxing to watch now I simultaneously don't feel like doing anything and also want to go decorate a home. I think the house came out beautifully. Trust your intuition! I never got the vibe that Alden was forcing his style on Marie she always came off as having a very similar vibe as him. They match and it's partly why I think they fell so deeply in love. Marie was who Alden could just be himself with. No disrespect to his first marriage but I don't think he or Lizbeth were being their full selves. They both held back for different reasons and now they get both get to thrive. I don't think this house looks or feels like his old one, it's actually more him, 💯 unfiltered Alden lol. Their lack of style is actually a style and I love it. I swear I could smell the crisp freshness of their home. They give Willowcreek vibes for sure or even Brindleton Bay i.e a very Hampton or Maine kind of feel. They are white linen/khakis, apple pie & sail boat kind of folks who also have big hearts. The way Marie has always welcomed the girls and how Alden's home wasn't complete without both of them 🥰. I also think bc Abigail is older now she may struggle a bit with her place in Alden's life and he in hers. He is her dad and has never waivered in that but it is a complex situation. Love is an action word, and family is wherever the love is. I think she will figure this out in her own time. ❤

To reflect on the girl's bedrooms, perhaps the reason Abigails room is more decorated is that she's spending more time with her Dad now that's shes a teenagers

Alden and Marie’s son will undoubtedly be so spoiled. Not only do his parents have the money, but Alden has two kids that he never fully got to raise. Alden will go all out even though Marie might have some problems with that lol 😂

I forgot this was alden and marie's new house because the first thing i said was "Lizbeth cant afford this" 🤣🤣

I love how every item put in here has a story “we’ll put these boxes like they just moved in and there’s office stuff in it to convert into an office later” 😂 definitely appreciate all the mental energy that goes into it all you do

Based on what we already know about their ages and timeline stuff, this is as close as I think I could get to comparing their ages to real life: - Madison: 15, almost 16. She's been in hs for a while and feels like she's in her mid to late teens. - Abigail: 14. She just became a teenager, and them being 1-1&1/2 years apart makes sense, timeline-wise - Liz/Alden/Marie: 39-40. Alden got a job fresh after college (so let's say 22) when they moved to Evergreen Harbor, and he and Liz are the same age. They got married six-ish months later, making them 23 when they got married and 24 when Madison was born. I think how young they were also kind of explains a lot of the decisions made in Season 1. Marie, in my head, is the same age, since they were working similar jobs after getting similar degrees.

👀👀👀 TEAM NOSY! I was cracking up when you said they were boring and Marie had no style. It’s okay, Marie, I have none either 😂😂. Style is not my ministry. I can’t wait for it to be filled with photos. I can see Daniella urging Marie and Alden to hang more family photos. I can also see a CC phone being on Alden’s nightstand because, as a doctor, he can be on call sometimes, and a baby monitor on Marie’s side of the bed-just a touch of realism. What Madison is feeling is very realistic. One of my cousins is a product of an affair. My uncle raised her like his own daughter. She got what my other cousins got, and he never made her feel othered. As she got older, she noticed that she didn’t look like him( he didn’t have the heart to tell her, or he just refused to believe it.) She went through a period of questioning so much and feeling lost. To bring it all back to Lovesick, even though Madison formed a fantastic bond with Alden and even Marie, with the arrival of this new baby, she probably feels even more out of place. I am sure Alden would move the same mountains for Madison as he would for Abigail and baby Proctor. Right now though Madison has to work out these feelings via therapy. I hope in S3 to see Neval getting help with his addictions. Though he wasn’t a main character, I found his storyline interesting. I always want to see battles with addictions won. Maybe he won’t be the perfect father for Maddy but Id like to see him genuinely trying.

5:43 Maddie needing to have special snacks at Alden’s house makes me imagine that Marie and alden are those “ingredient” household kind of families 😭 the special snacks are so relatable in that scenario

i am sad that this will be the last season of lovesick because i love this series with my whole heart, but i understand wanting to move on. i do it all the time 😂😂

jus watching u build is so calming. copperdale would be amazing especially with the piers they have and their friends or jus during family events, they can chill there. dont be shy to give us new building videos 😭i cant keep recycling LOL

I love the little glimpses we get into your creative process 💙Alden and Marie's son is going to be so spoiled, especially by his grandparents. I feel like Daniella's been wanting a grandson so bad lately, and I just know she's going to be over all the time. Gino will accompany her too if he's feeling well enough, I'm sure. Since you mentioned that Alden and Marie are both traditional, classic type of people, I'd suggest the name Benjamin Gino Proctor. Since Abi is Abigail Daniella, Gino being this one's middle name only makes sense. The reason why I love Benjamin so much for them is because it's a typical, kind of "boring" (not in a bad way) name, which fits their whole vibe, but could also be abbreviated into a cute, Marie-approved nickname, like Ben or Benny. I also think it works well with the other kids (Madison and Abigail) while also adding a nickname that ends in the same "e" sound.

I find it sad that Maddie would feel "other" in the Proctor family dynamic, she's had a very special relationship with Alden (notably because he's not her bio dad) and as you said he never made her feel any different. I guess she might be struggling with identity and belonging, but I hope that is something that we'll dive deeper into and maybe help her overcome ! At the end of the day, he might not be her father, but he definitely is her dad (feel like there's a difference lol). Alden couldn't wait for the birth of what he thought would his daughter and even after finding out that she wasn't his blood, his love for Maddie didn't diminish. 🤍

Ugh I haven’t played sims in months but I am a die hard fan. Anytime a pack comes out I go download it and every time I pull up a sims video I’m like how have I not played in so long! All the nights I’ve spent playing sims till the sun came up. This video is so nostalgic for me bc I’ve always loved your builds.

I am so excited Alden and Marie are having a boy!!! I could cry right now. I can't wait until season 3. I love Madison and Abigail's rooms, I definitely understand how Madison would prefer to be a home because it is her home. I really wish Neval would get his stuff together but I know it's probably too late for him and Madi to really form a strong bond anymore and makes me sad but Neval did that to himself. I can't wait to see how everyone's lives progress in this last season. I really enjoyed this build and I can't wait for the actual gameplay.

Absolutely loved this and I cannot wait for season 3! I do however feel that Alden and Marie would be in Copperdale, not only for the full family and suburban vibes - but because it's an area with good schools. I can picture Alden driving to get the girls from the nearest train station, taking them on picnics in the nearby woods, or Abigail sneaking out to the amusement park or teen areas! Ahhhh! I'm too attached to this series! You're too good a story teller XD

I relate to Madison cause my father is not my biological father yet he has raised me since I was two weeks old. My mom is not married to him anymore and I'm an adult but he still calls me his daughter and it's the best thing.

I love this! It's very cozy, with a nice nautical feel from all the navy blues. Are you going to download Pandasama's childbirth mod for Marie? (Since Alden is a doctor, he could even deliver his own son through a water birth with that mod. Maybe the baby is coming just too quickly for them to get to the hospital in time and they have to have a home birth? Just an idea that came to me!)

You know it’s funny, I was wondering why I was so drawn to this let’s play (besides the fact that you’re an awesome storyteller) and I realized, it’s because my longest running save started off with a very similar story. Mom lied to her husband about the paternity of they’re first child and everything devolved after his parents pointed out that she looked nothing like him. They tried to work it out but ultimately it just didn’t work (the dad cheated and had triplets after finding out about their child not being his… while they were trying to work things out 😭). The non biological daughter actually ended up living with the dad while the other kids moved in with their mom after the divorce. They were just closer.

I have the same (very very similar at least) parental situation as Madison and I hope that she doesn’t have to experience any drama in regards to Alden. We already know she has enough to deal with Neval, because regardless of trying to figure out the “title” for Alden I just hope it can be something wholesome. I think it is a nice dynamic, just like regardless of blood relation, your family is the people who love and care for you

Hi Oshin! I really love your videos and have been a long time viewer, especially the Lovesick story, great job! I don't even like or play Sims 4 but gosh you really do an amazing job at presenting it in its best light! I have never commented before but thought I'd chime in in regards to the American flag someone's asked you to remove. I understand where they are coming from since there's a lot of us from all over the world that have suffered greatly because of USA. I know that it's your country and you don't see it like that, but the American government has hurt so so many people and children. I had to spend a few years of my childhood hiding in basements and various bunkers in a constant state of terror and anxiety because they were constantly throwing bombs on my country (Serbia). So to me personally, seeing an American flag or anyone from USA who 100% supports their country and is ignorant (I'm not saying you are, but Alden might be) to their many wrongdoings, is very triggering. No one can take away your right to love the country you come from, but I just wanted to explain as to why someone might have asked you to do that. I also understand it's your channel and you can't cater to everyone's wishes and I'm not asking you to remove it. I'll still watch your videos because they are so cozy and give me so much comfort and I know it's not your fault for what your country did. Just thought I'd explain! ♥

5:10 5:16 The man that I call my dad is not my biological father and is technically my step-dad. He's the only father I've ever known, so no its not that weird to be like Madison, and I don't think it's weird for her either. Although it might seem to be this big deal for everyone else, it is just normal for her and it's just the way things have always been. Children are not born with an inate sense of what society expects a family to look like. There is only the way they experience family and a lot of times it falls out of the idea of the nuclear family, the "proper family". Madison knows who is there for her and who is not. She knows who wants to be in her live and who doesn't. And for her that is enough. This is just my perspective as someone who grew up with a similar experience. I love your videos and I love Lovesick. I know you'll do Madison justice with whatever you have planned for her, but that comment kinda just rubbed me the wrong way.
