Stable rehna, no anger zone create karna, peaceful rehna, sab atma ki original qualities hai lekin humne jyada tar jealousy, ego, fear, expectations, ke sankaron ko copy kar rakha hai..din ke har 1 ghanta hume apne sankaron ko pause n check karna.
