Love to hear tino empowering eric by giving him words of encouragement in spanish “eyy muevete ala chingada” means "Thank you for being such a wonderful colleague and friend."😂😂 9:55
It’s pretty crazy to think on any Sunday morning at 8AM EST, there’s thousands of people watching this at once. We’re not so different after all, it’s going to be a beautiful day!
Before watching Victory I wasn't sure where to go in life . After watching for over 2 seasons I got in the concrete game. it's been the best choice of my life thanks to victory
I m stopping with concrete because in the netherlands we just dont stop with concrete even when it rains or freezes they just change the chemicals in the concrete i hate it and stopped
I just found your channel and the first video I watched was you teaching your son on the job. My dad was a Milwaukee area contractor for 50 years and I remember him doing the same for me. Dad rip
Prayers to Ray. As a carpenter for 45 years, I understand it's impossible to catch everything on every job. That being said, I firmly believe in templates, jigs, spacers, story poles, etc. May I suggest that next time you use the dowel pins, it will only take a minute to snap a line on the form for Eric to follow. That way you won't have to worry about them being too high or need to remember to check them. Also, cut a simple stick, or piece of re-bar, or something 2 and a half feet long (or your preferred distance), that way you eliminate the guesswork of spacing. Love the videos. Keep up the "Good Work."
Few things more rewarding than acquiring your own land and getting to make it your own, and few people more deserving than Ryan. Thanks for taking us along I'm excited to watch you develop the land to something that will stay in your family for generations
Man, I cannot express enough how refreshing it is to see people work hard and also have fun. These guys should feel lucky to be apart of a team like this!
I am a fan of this channel because of the life and work ethic of Ryan and his team. I live in Fresno California and I wake up every day and watch the video, I love this channel.
I drive a concrete truck in the UK and also do some pump and laying work, i came across this channel and have been obsessed watching you guys are amazin g, keep up the great work, always interesting watching you guys
This inspired me to work towards starting my own business. Trust me in the next few years. I will have my own company and also prayers to Ray and his family !
Least Ryan gave him jobs paved the path especially with someone who is motivated and wants to advance most owners think they are going to live for ever and get taken over by greed
We enjoy watching your show! Your family is an inspiration for how more Americans should treat one another. You are generous and kind. I feel like after watching your show, I could make a concrete ramp for my Mom. Well, maybe? Keep up the good work and maybe your show will inspire more people to do the right thing and maybe put in a beautiful patio!!
It's amazing how fast ppl jump on the bash Eric wagon lol. I have noticed ever since he branched out onto his own channel his work ethic/arriving on time, and energy levels have been much worse. I remember Ryan saying I am proud guys branch off and do their own thing as long as it doesn't affect the work they do for me. It's most definitely affecting things around Ryan's jobs, but Ryan is smart man...he knows this. He's just to kind to do anything about it.
Good morning, love the videos Ryan. You and the whole crew do a great job. 400k is just around the corner. That is just amazing and awesome. Keep grinding
One of the only channels I can constantly smash the like button before I watch, because I cannot remember a single video that I didn't. Victory style!!
This channel is so easy to watch and get hooked, if this was a program on normal TV say once a week, you would have millions of people on edge of seat waiting for their fix every week, Goooood Work
You should get an enclosed trailer and put all your stamping gear in it so all you have to do is hook up a go. Then you don’t have to worry about trying to find them in the morning. I love what you are doing and these videos are the highlight of my days.
Nothing like seeing the victory CEO looking at all his brand new stuff from proline while reading a book that's some multitasking as always awesome video
Hello Ryan, my name is Mark, and I live in Florida, I worked on a concrete crew when I was a teens and early 20's, I'm now 40 and I retired to tje contact list for emergencies, that's the only way I get out of bed now, I had 9 heart attacks when I was 18een, and lost 2/3 rds of my heart, and the heart doctor's to this day cannot medically explain as to why I'm still here, and I have a busted ankle, and my balance is off due to the metal plate and ten screws in my ankle!! I wanted to say I really enjoy watching your content and I'm really impressed with the work that you and your guys do, you guys are amazing at concrete work, and it's the best work I have personally seen in a long time!! Alot of the concrete companies here in Florida have no idea as to how to pour concrete correctly or properly!!! Please keep up the great work and please keep providing content!!! Also if you are getting tired of your guys being late or making up an excuse as to why they cannot show up, Ryan you should put your foot down have have everyone show up on a Saturday and have an important employee meeting to where ypu all can talk and you can set rules and have them sign an agreement to that and then offer your bonus you mentioned!! Have you got power at your new land yet?? We allure awaiting for an update on the power issue at your new land!!
you should do a concrete showcase slab with the different types of stamps you offer ! that would be awesome with grass and rock in between to show customers the look .
Big fan of you and the guys Ryan. Honest hard working guy, just taking us along for the ride...its nice to watch! Keep on keeping on!! Excited for the growth of you and the company!!
Hey Ryan, your land planting bed should be plants , these are for your zone 3 planting, drought resistant Sea Holly (Eryngium) Liatris. Penstemon (Bearded Tongue) Opuntia Cacti. Threadleaf Coreopsis - (Coreopsis verticillata) Threadleaf Coreopsis.
Watching the 'land' from start to finish has been an amazing experience for me. I love to watch businesses grow, especially small businesses. Keep up the great work!
Little tip, keep in mind with Electrical conduit you're limited to 360 degrees of bend MAX between pull points. I typically use two 45s where you used the 3 90s to make it easier to fish and pull as you'd only have 90 degrees of bend compared to 270. Plus leaves more bends open for further down the conduit run if needed.
I've had to pull wire through some of the 4+ 90s people who shouldn't be in this trade have put and let me tell you they have caused me many hours of my mental health declining lol
hi Ryan, I own a snow removal company in Illinois, and use blue hydraulic in all my plows standard from the dealer. You should use it in ALL of your equipment up north, as it works better in a much wider range of temperatures!
I don’t know if Ryan reads these comments but have you noticed there’s nothing getting destroyed this season? Ray fumbled a little in the beginning but that’s to be expected for someone that’s new to concrete. Ray is doing Great, I notice that he’s doing things on his own without being told. Yes Eric is lazy but I still like him. Watching from Panama City Florida, USA. 🇺🇸🦅
Running a shop vac alongside the concrete saw will mitigate 90% of dust. Used this method daily concrete polishing. Obviously this is more for residential jobs.
As someone that has never done concrete, I hear "5% tint load back whale, load churned 80 slump, wet sand microfiber mix, and half a percent down hill clamp.
What a great way to start my 40th birthday, with a Victory video. You guys are so funny. And the work is always on point. Thanks for sharing, Ryan and crew.
First I’d like to say, that I hope little Z understood your humor. 😂 Second I’d like to send prayers and strength to Big Ray and his family for their loss. Glad his has a great team of friends to support him. Thank you all for sharing your day to day.
