Finishing the P-47 Wolfpack Campaign for DCS World is one of my finest sim experiences. The P-47 in DCS is outstanding and the work Reflected put into the campaign makes it very immersive. Best Landing Ever!
Congratulations on completing the campaign, and thanks so much for posting these videos. Looking forward to seeing how you'll fare in 'Debden Eagles' :)
Just to let you know,, you were looking at the oil pressure,,,the temp is the gauge above, and you were running too cold hence giving you high oil pressure.....Well done on completing the campaign alive .....602 Red..😉
Great video, only thing you did wrong in my opinion was you should've flown outside of the gunner's visual range and then came back to drop and shoot instead of turning so close to base allowing them to aim so accurately.
I'm lining up to fly it for a third time after I finish those 2 Spit campaign. I fly it in VR with the QUest 3 and now that they added multi-threading and NVIDIA DLSS I can get good frame rates and awesome visuals. I am becoming more accustomed to AI behavior so I'm more effective at bringing the Wing to the target. I can also squeeze more out of the aircraft. For the P-47 I use the turbo separate from the throttle but I might synch them for dogfights and abuse the engine and water injection.
Brilliant series this TP, cheers! I know I'm NO expert and also that it's a bit late but you know when you go IN for a strafe or bomb run, stay low as you come out of it. Low and fast so you avoid the flak. It's YOUR fault that I bought this Campaign as well, I'll have you know! Ain't started yet but I'm looking forward to it!! 👍👍👍
I rea;lly really enjoyed that campaign or video....being new to DCS (still figuring out how to set up HOTAS, ETC)....wen I watch your vids I'm taking notes....really appreciate your joyful attitude as well....Well Done!!! Maybe one day I'll be able to test my medal in the WOLFPACK CAMPAIGN which I purchased nearly a year or so ago...didn't anticipate all this other stuff taking so long to set up and familiarize myself with. I've purchased much more than I'll probably ever have time to enjoy....majority of my modules and campaigns are Warbirds and WWII campaigns and 40% is early ColdWar through late ColdWar modules and campaigns
I find the hardest thing initially with the warbirds campaigns is keeping up with the AI formation. However, once you recognise their little patterns of when they’re about to zoom climb you can anticipate a bit more.
I’ve heard some nonsense and poor analogies before but this one takes the biscuit. This is about someone making content about something he likes and wishes to share it with others who like to watch. It’s about getting exposure for amazing campaigns that people may miss out on, exposure which the campaign creator has thanked me for. I agree shameless eh. Edit: I assume you never watch game reviews or read the blurb on the back of books?
