Having been inspired by Finnabair at al over on their RU-vid channel. I thought I'd have a go at creating one of Finn's signature altered paint brush creations, but obviously give it my own twist!

I am potter. I watch your videos for the design, not the technique. Today you have given me a way to make my carving pop. I don't know why I've never used a spray bottle with water, but can't wait to try it.

Wow Mike that is absolutely fabulous. I was hoping when you purchased the paint brush we were going to be treated to a mixed media video. I loved watching the entire process and I am so happy to see you doing these sort of projects again. Thanks so much for sharing and for the inspiration.

Wonderful work as usual! I was glad to see you add the flower under the chin-rule of three and all that. And you are the only person I know that I can say this to: You certainly have a way with a skull! I think it was certainly worth all the time you put into it! As it happens, I had to stop the video to take Rufus for HIS walkies, but was glad to have the remainder of the video to come back to. Your process is enjoyable as well as educational. This is a wonderful piece Mike! So many elements I liked about it...the little moon faces..the placement of the skull above the cog wheel..and the colours. When you first showed the bottle of dark green you were about to use I was surprised, but delighted when you sprayed it down and it turned so beautiful! Really enjoy seeing you making mixed media canvasses again...also appreciate your helpful tips and sharing your talents..thank you!

Love this. Quite tempted to invest in some resin, I have the molds, use them for paper clay. But I did get some Finnabair stamps after watching. As always, you’ve inspired the little grey cells.
