Idk, it's easy for me to spot it since I'm a fan of that kind of humor even though it takes me a bit longer to get the joke. The shade he threw at Taco Bell's innovation efforts (or maybe lack of?) took a few seconds to click in my mind before I laughed.

Art school is not overrated! Finneas just personally does not have a use for it. Many art related jobs require a degree, and the are many fields in the arts (photography for example) that require a lot of very specific knowledge that hands on learning can be useful for.
