I suffered a neck and shoulder injury recently and doing sauna everyday has helped me with recovery and stay OFF of pain medicine. It's incredible and I want everyone to know and enjoy sauna too! Thank you.

Liked the message at the end. I'm working on my sauna in BC Canada. Being born again is the best clean start we can accept. All we have to do is surrender as you say.

You had mentioned the modern saunas are more efficient, but in reality there is nothing more efficient than a smoke sauna

i have never understood those north american style of log cabins with cement between the logs, why in the world cement in such a beautiful wood structure.

I think the Finns also taught them how to lay the horizontally but cement in spaces I do not know why...

Moss is traditionally used as a sealant! Maybe it hasn’t been available in America. And yes, my surviving father was born in a smoke sauna (without a chimney) where I also sowed for the first 20 years. It is the most traditional, the church.
