So about the hair donation thing: I'm not sure exactly how that should work, I don't know if it matters that everyone interested sends their donation off to the same place?, different charities might work better for people in different states/countries. Maybe you could just send in photos to publish on Tumblr? If you are interested, comment what you'd like and we can work something out. If anyone has done this before, some recommendations of good charities would be useful too.
Hopefully, Fiona could do that and my "Flip Your Wig GOTV" PSA for the midterms. Shaving her head would work here. It's her talking about how the voter apathy or abortion/Roe V Wade or any other issue is making her "flip her wig"(and she takes it off) Because it's such an important election. And people need to get out and vote. She ends the video by saying "Flip Your Wig, GOTV" as that's the hashtag. Could be as long or short as she wants. The video will be posted to her IG, FB and Twitter pages as well as mine.
Wigs for Kids is a great non-profit charity that takes hair donations, and they never charge recipient families for wigs. Other orgs like Locks of Love May ask families to pay a sliding scale fee.

Oh wow I never thought about how they took medicine away and then needed to be “medically evaluated” especially by the jail. People don’t understand how drastic anxiety can be. It’s bad enough having to go to the doctor for it in the first place… you’re anxious about about being anxious. So when you feel that showing (an awful feeling) to have someone say you’re in-compliant just makes it worse and confuses people…. On a separate note: Anyone using anxiety as an excuse for pity, though, it will hit you the hardest (and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone). It’s so much deeper. Great 5 minutes Fiona.

When she's talking about people in jail here, she's talking about people who haven't been convicted or sentenced: they're just awaiting trial, and they could be let out on bail or even on the strength of their promise to come to their court date.

Jail is not the same punishment for everyone, some people feel like they are suffocating just having their hands bound, I'm one of them, you made me almost weep talking about this and I want to help! I saw an FBI agent undercover have a panic attack and felt like he couldn't breath while hand-cuffed in the back of a police car and even he couldn't do anything about it for hours... I would die happy if I could help with this in some way. Hemi-sync has helped but I have it BAD!
