సాధారణంగా కేసుల విచారణ అంటే కాలయాపనే ప్రధాన సమస్య. కొత్త చట్టాల ద్వారా ఆ సమస్య తీరనుంది. రోజుల తరబడి కోర్టుల చుట్టూ తిరగడం వంటివి సమస్యలు ఇక దూరం కానున్నాయి. కొత్త చట్టాల ప్రకారం పోలీసులు ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ 90రోజుల్లో అభియోగ పత్రం దాఖలు చేయాలి. 180రోజుల్లో దర్యాప్తు పూర్తి చేసి విచారణకు పంపాలి. పోలీసులు ఎవరిని ఎక్కడ అరెస్టు చేసినా దానికి సంబంధించిన అధీకృత పత్రాన్ని జారీ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఇందుకోసం ప్రతి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లో ఓ అధికారిని నియమిస్తారు. ఇక కోర్టులు సైతం అభియోగాల నమోదుకు 60రోజుల సమయం తీసుకోవడానికి వీలు ఉండదు. వాదనలు పూర్తైన తర్వాత 30రోజుల్లో తీర్పులను వెలువరించాలి.

👏👏👍👍 Good reforms, welcome it. Transparency, accountability, digitalisation will resolve n save man hours, procedures delay. Maybe at initial days feel discomfort to adopt the new reforms but in long run they feel much more comfortable n stress free. Ex: whenever the official transferred r hearing procedure time due to lack of the crucial information, knowledge about the case investigation r whenever Hon Milards transferred case starts hearing from scratch. All these excercises, excuses n intentionally delays r manipulation, missing witnesses, documentation etc problems get addressed. Definitely it's helpful to the public n sincere official on the ground. Obviously nightmare to the playful, corrupted, favours, manipulators too 😜

😮 ఏటేటా ఎట్టా మన దేశంలో గాని రాష్ట్రాల్లో గాని న్యాయస్థానాలు పోలీసులు చట్టాలు రాజకీయ నాయకుల సంక నాకడం తప్పితే న్యాయం ఎక్కడ జరుగుతుందో చెప్పండి డబ్బు ఉన్న వాడికే న్యాయం అని ప్రజలు అనుకుంటున్నారు డబ్బు ఉన్నవాడు ఏ ఏ తప్పు చేసినా వాడు బెయిల్ మీద తిరుగుతున్నాడు పేద ప్రజలకు దొరకట్లేదు అన్యాయం మన దేశానికి పట్టిన దరిద్రం ఏందంటే ఒకప్పుడు బ్రెష్ బ్రిటిష్ వాళ్ళు అనుకునే వాళ్ళం కాదు కాదు మన దేశానికి పెట్టిన దరిద్రమే రాజకీయ నాయకులు రాజకీయ పార్టీలు ఇంకెక్కడ భారతదేశం బాగుపడదు రా ఈ లుచ్చా నా కొడుకులు రాజకీయం వెళ్లినంత కాలం గొప్ప మ్యాజిక్ రాజకీయ నాయకుడు ఒక్కడు చూపించండి
