Regarding people wanting "regular length videos" - I sometimes treat the longer videos like a book. I don't watch / listen to the whole thing in one go. I pause between questions and come back to it.

I really like your analyses of the Witcher theme of importance of the stories and justification for Sapkowski’s hands off approach. Regarding how to read the Witcher, in my opinion there are 3 good ways. The one that Robert mentioned. Chronologically. By original publication date. Chronological order: "The Road with No Return" (I think this was not translated into English, Geralt wasn’t born yet, main characters are Korin and Visenya, his father and mother) "A Grain of Truth" "The Lesser Evil" "The Edge of the World" "The Last Wish" "A Question of Price" Season of Storms "The Witcher" "The Voice of Reason" "The Bounds of Reason" "A Shard of Ice" "Eternal Flame" "A Little Sacrifice" "Sword of Destiny" "Something More" "Something Ends, Something Begins" (probably not translated into English, sort of alternative ending after short stories, set during wedding of Geralt and Yennefer) Blood of Elves Time of Contempt Baptism of Fire The Tower of the Swallow The Lady of the Lake Epilogue to the Season of Storms Original publication date order: "The Witcher" "The Road with No Return" "A Grain of Truth" "The Lesser Evil" "A Question of Price" "The Bounds of Reason" "A Shard of Ice" "Eternal Flame" "A Little Sacrifice" "Sword of Destiny" "Something More" "The Edge of the World" "The Last Wish" "The Voice of Reason" "Something Ends, Something Begins" Blood of Elves Time of Contempt Baptism of Fire The Tower of the Swallow The Lady of the Lake Season of Storms

When the new book releases you could do like like 100 - 250 pages pages after the 1st week and then every week going on or with fire and blood do a breakdown of the reign of each king 1A week

I feel like fire and blood part 2 should have the endings to Jon, Dany and Aegon’s stories as they are the last Targaryens (and maybe blackfyre) so I think it shouldn’t be released until after the main story is finished, obviously that won’t happen, but I think that’s how it should go since it charts the entire Targaryen Dynasty. Even though the dynasty technically ends with Aerys.

Did bran even become king i always had the idea in my mind that bloodraven became king and it was a massive longgame . Like didnt bran die the moment he became bloodraven /three eyed raven ? And refused to be called bran afterwards correcting everyone that his name is the three eyed raven...

convoluted plotlines? last 2 seasons of westrworld have been basic identity polotics to the face very barely obfuscated behind the flimsiest of stories. id like to hope for a return to the greatness of s1

Your audio is on point; the ideas you present, as well as rhythm, enunciation, inflections-all of it. BUT, as it's a video, you're loosing a huge opportunity. A lot of us watch for more than just the lit crit. Like when reading ASOIAF, we also want to escape, to color our thinking, change worlds-essentially, to change our mood. Great visuals-in this case, a good background being step one-can help us. Thank you. (p.s. Not getting the TLC reference in no way warrants an apology; it's a good thing!)

What do we know so far? 🤔 ....we KNOW we won't be reading this bookany time soon. OR EVER ...even after release. The story is stale and I don't care about it anymore. ....took too long GRRM....missed my book buying dollar.
