i need more video of detection and fire alarm system from you i really like that field i am living in USA i work for a fire alarm company in New york city.
Your presentation are Really help me to understand FACP. Only one dout while you are integrated the hooters based on zones all the hooters are blinking may confuses the zone . Can you kindly explain
Malaking tulong po to for info bout fire safety..may updated price po b kau and specs n subok n mairerecomend?for upcoming videos nio po suggestion for more better result paki focus po sa detailed part Ng videos .
just one question, if we perform a test in the zone 1, the light or siren in the zone 1 have to work ?, and wy the rest of the sirens (zone 2, 3 and 4) work also?, at really I don´t know
You don't get confuse which zone has fire since control panel will show which zone sensor has been activated which would help the paging system operator to guide the occupants which zone/area should be avoided when evacuating. But of course I repeat, all sounders should be activated so that all occupants would evacuate.
just want to ask practical question. If one smoke detector in zone1 in fire alarm status and the Fire alarm panel activated to Fire alarm with sounder is being activated, my question is does other smoke detector in the same zone (zone1) would still alarm (knowing that the zone circuit in question is in Alarm mode already)assuming the fire reaches to other adjacent smoke detector? Granting the fire alarm was not reset in the panel and the smoke or heat still in alarm mode and only silenced at the Fire alarm Panel. Why or Why not? thank you.
Yes sir when 1 of the detectors in the zone (e.g. Zone 1) has sent the signal to the control panel (zone indicator will show alarm in zone 1 meaning the fire is in zone 1), the panel would activate all the sounders at the same time. When the fire reaches the other detectors on the same zone, those detectors would still give signals to the control panel though indicator in zone 1 is already activated. You would see the indicator light of the detector itself turns from blinking to steady red when it detects fire. When fire reaches to other zone, the indicator light of the fire detector once again would change from blinking red to steady meaning the fire reaches that device and at the same time the indicator light of the control panel will also be activated meaning the fire reaches that zone.
@@junreyeguna maximum of how many detectors can one zone with detectors could still detect fire assuming that some detectors already in fire alarm mode. And also how much voltage drops does one smoke detector consumed in alarm mode? What is the minimum voltage in an IDC/zone circuit that could still send fire alarm signal to panel to activate the alarm.
Sir the maximum number of detectors in a zone depends on the model of the control panel. In the video, the control panel can hold up to 4 detectors in every zone without affecting its efficiency
usually false alarm is caused by dusty/moist environment (in cases of smoke detectors), wrong choice of cable, loose termination, wrong or faulty resistor or maybe signaling wires came across with your AC source so these are some of the things we need to avoid when wiring our initiators.
During actual installation, cables should be a fire-resistant signaling cable but in the video, I just used the ordinary signaling wires for the demonstration.
Fire Alarm Systems looks easy to wire. But how the people inside the building know with Zone is the one that triggers the system without being in front of the Panel
Yes sir, if any of the sensors detects fire, all sounders should be activated so that all occupants of the buildings should be aware that there is an on-going fire so that they can immediately evacuate. Say for example, there is a fire in the 3rd floor of the building, all building occupants should be aware and evacuate and not just those who are in the 3rd floor or whichever zone being involved.
