I've been looking for this everywhere! Thank you so much for uploading. This is very hard to define, but this might probably be my favorite theme in the entire Heroes soundtrack. I feel like it portrays the nature of the true villains. And I'm not referring to Loki specifically, but the entire group: Surtr, Loki, Laevatein, and Veronica. However, I believe **SPOILERS** Veronica will end up defecting after realizing Surtr is only using her and will end up murdering her and obliterating her entire kingdom after he destroys Askr. **END SPOILERS** However, I do think this theme fits her as well. I hope they add more themes like this to Heroes and the upcoming Fire Emblem (FE16) for Switch.
Not necessarily. Rei Kondoh (who worked on Bayonetta and Fire Emblem Awakening) didn't return for this game. Heroes' OST is entirely done by Hiroki Morishita, who has pretty much exclusively worked for Intelligent Systems.
Lyrics: THE PRIEST TAKUMI HE'S ALL OVER THESE BOOBIES (Repeat x4) Oh, see... Priest, priest, oh... COFFEE! TACO! COFFEE! TA-CO! (Repeat x4) (thanks to Dbap)
Iceclimbers GD True, what with her currently having her own, dedicated Tempest Trials but still. This sounds far too evil for a mere trickster like Loki
Loki: I am a goddess, you dull creature! And I will not be bullied by-- *Hector proceeds to throw her around like a ragdoll* Hector: Puny goddess. *Walks away*
Actually, Loptous was the original name for the dragon. It was translated into Loptyr by Awakening's Spot pass stuff and then retranslated back to Loptous
Bit of music nerd time here... But the habanera rhythm in this track has to be a reference to Bizet's Carmen. Carmen is a lying, manipulative seductress which is the vibe Loki gives me. If it's not intentional, it's still very clever.
S. makes sense considering she had Surtr's children but also is extremely playful with veronica, Lavaetein, and the player. As well as messing with Askr and even screwing with dead heroes souls
A great theme for the true villian of FEH (as Veronica is sympathetic and Surtr too obviously being led around by Loki and is too muscleheaded and overlysadistic to stupid evil levels to be taken seriously and not be obviously used by Loki and then tossed away like garbage when he helps in his part of the ritual likely to free thw "Medeus" of FEH, the one who's making Veronica and her brother hostile to thw Askr royals)
The main boss, Surtur (spelt the name wrong probably) is also in Norse mythology (a lot of the villains from that chapter were). But Surtur is specifically either a fire giant or fire joten that basically...burns the whole world to ash during ragnorok (the Norse prophacy saying how every God in the pantheon would die and the world would end)
@@itsyaboycactus6096 there was a story in Norse mythology (actually now that I think about it, I remember being told there were multiple instances) where Loki disguised himself as woman
Im pretty sure they used it for Thorr too? Maybe, I dont remember the events music all that well, but you have to admit in a cross over its pretty fitting for the Other/Empress Zethia.
Ahh, that track. I know thats from the Tellius games, though I can try and do a bit of digging to find the track name. Edit- Found the track. "A Battle and a Beginning" is the name.
