@@johan662 a lot of people say that too. Sorry it gets hard to keep track at this point. But it is funny in type moon since I cut down on my fgo vids since most were samey at this point
@@ivanbluecool I mean I’ve been seeing on them for a couple of years at this point. We’ve had a lot of conversations about rolling and space Ishtar in the past
It's different, because all the other are skill based. Battle before Dawn is pure Luck, because all 3 Green Units can ruin your run at any moments, and there's nothing you can do about it.
@@shytendeakatamanoir9740nino won't die early enough that you can't reach her before she dies, and zepphiel iirc faces 1% crit from some of the heroes but not the initial one. Jaffar can absolutely die on turn 2 though ...
@@0y1on Nino generally doesn't die, even if the monk has like 1% Crit on her, so it can ends up prematurely. Granted, it never happened to me, but the fact it can is wild. Jaffar is great, but he's fighting against so many enemies, something is prone to go wrong eventually. But they can die and you can still complete the map, in theory. Zephiel is a Game Over condition, which is probably why I remember him being more of an issue. If he decides to leave the pillars, he's as good as gone, really, he's too weak to survive many rounds of combat. He's sure to be doubled by the Mercenaries and Heroes even if the easiest difficulty (with at least 1% Crit from Mercenaries). And again, the fact they can randomly decides to throw away their survival is the worst part. If any of them decides to kill the opponent instead of healing at the wrong time, it's over. (Or to heal, but directly in enemy's range). I was so happy that Cross Tails have controllable NPCs, and that's thanks to this map partly scarring me
Outsiders: "Man, Fire Emblem seems like such a hardcore series." Yeah especially that bit in the DS only Japanese only title when the game turns into CURSED WARIOWARE 💨
I used to think fire emblem had a rhythm based attack system. Because i heard "advanced wars doesnt require the precision of fire emblem" with footage of nils the bard in the background in a jwitts video. Took 2 years to realize this was false
Reminds me of that Zone of the Enders TBT for the game boy, where you had to lock onto your opponent to land a hit and avoid their crosshair to dodge theirs.
The fact you have to switch between controller & keyboard + mouse during the quick time as you are forced to press all 4 directional keys at the same time. Not only that, you are forced to take 4 screenshots for each attempt. It's time to delete your entire gallery after playing this Not only that, if you have duel monitors, if you click off the game instant loss
When I was a kid I remember it feeling really weird how in FE you don't control the characters in combat. I thought it should at least work like paper mario when you time attacks with button presses or something.
Have you ever tried Project X Zone? It's sort of an FE game where you have control over how your units attack. It's pretty fun, and the crossovers are awesome too.
