I started as a tester tech in Sydney for a couple of years with limited opportunity for fault finding like what you're doing. Primarily focused on annual wet/dry system testing. Now I'm in a rural area and my scope is very limited by the class and size of buildings, so it's 80% portables. But I'm now an accredited FSA. I always wanted to be a fire systems tech and hope to still gain the skills over time, so I'm grateful to have stumbled across your channel! Thanks for the great content!
You're videos are awesome! I really appreciate the real life trouble shooting. You can't learn this from any books or other RU-vid channels. Keep up the good work please! Well done.
I did not measure the impedance before and after. You can hear such a low output from speakers tone already from microphone to the field. Tapping of speakers were never changed at all. The old building was a default of 0.66w and the newly installed 4 years ago was 0.33w
Hi mate, there is a procedure on how to power up amps on the Qe90, you should not just flick on all the amps at once, you can easily blow cards and fuses - I've seen it. Have a read of the commissioning manual.
