Das Löschflugzeug Canadair CL-415 von Revell im Maßstab 1:72 dient mir als Fahrzeugmodell für mein neues Diorama "Kanada". Ersmalig baue ich im Maßstab 1/72 und nicht wie gewohnt von mir in 1:35. Ich muss sagen, ich habe Gefallen daran gefunden und freue mich nun auf das Diorama.
Natürlich fallen auch die Gebäude und Landschaft kleiner aus und ich muss einige Techniken, welche ich bei den großen Modellen anwende, neu auf den kleinen Maßstab anpassen. The Canadair CL-415 fire-fighting aircraft from Revell in 1:72 scale serves as a vehicle model for my new "Canada" diorama. For the first time I am building on a scale of 1/72 and not, as usual, in 1:35. I have to say, I enjoyed it and am now looking forward to the diorama.
Of course, the buildings and landscape are also smaller and I have to adapt some of the techniques that I use with the large models to the small scale.
