Fire Innovations TALON Escape Anchor & CORE Descent Control Device 

Fire Innovations’s TALON Hook is an advanced anchoring option for emergency escape. Precision machined from 7000 series aluminum it provides secure remote anchoring through the hitching slot, or can be used as a hook anchor at the sill. Weighing less than 7 ounces, the TALON minimizes the weight of the entire escape system.
The CORE is designed to be used as an Escape Class Descent Control Device as specified by NFPA 1983-2012. The device is for one-time use only with 7.5mm escape ropes certified to NFPA 1983-2012, such as Sterling Rope’s FireTech, EscapeTech, TSAFE. Fire Innovations recommends that only new, unused CORE devices be issued to a firefighter as part of his escape gear. For training, it is recommended that separate CORE devices be used under supervision and continuous inspection; with the trainee at all times utilizing a separate safety belay.
When paired with the CORE device and TSAFE Escape Rope, it creates the most versatile firefighter escape system available. Made in the USA.
