Fire Roll at Midori Sushi. 

When we ordered the "Fire Roll" at our local sushi restaurant, we thought it would be spicy. Little did we know it would actually be ON FIRE. :)
The sushi chef, John, in this video is the owner of the restaurant and the creator of said Fire Roll. And yes, that's me giggling while customers around us were asking about it and making comments. Regardless, it's one of the best sushi rolls in existence.
