Quite dreadful warning light array design: unsynchronized flashes all over the place! They diffuse the impact of flashes and they mutually distract from each other. Flashing headlights also wrong. Headlights should be steady as they are a great cue to presence and motion. Flashing they detract from giving position/motion information and any alternating flashes can mislead observers as to motion direction.
