Did the editor of the video realize that the spread they showed for the full choke pattern is wider than the modified pattern? Like as if they made a mistake and showed the wrong examples.
I don't use my shotgun for hunting, I use it for defense. 870 Marine magnum with cylinder bore and bead. Loaded with #4 buck for close encounters of the unwanted kind.

good video. i need some help answering a question. i have a full choke on my modded vepr-12 shotgun. what would the best ammo brand, and ammo size 7 1/2, 6, 5, 4, (shot size) for a full choke on this weapon?
Depends on your use? You probably dont want to shoot skeet with a full, but trap would be fine. Probably 7.5 or 8 for most clay and dove, and longer shots drop to 6. Hunting bigger birds like pheasant, ducks etc. Drop to 4. The brand of load you would use depends on what your gun patterns best with. Need to test each load through your gun to know what it likes. Each gun is different.
The graphics are greatly exaggerated. In fact, the pellets don't spread until they come out of the muzzle thanks to the wad that wraps around them, so they don't hit the wall inside the barrel.

I would go with improved modified and full, those would be my go to for mid-range and long range hunting, for pheasant and other things you shoot close, I would go with improver cylinder and a modified/improved modified
